Bridgepointe Tech Summit General Info



Arrivals

We are anticipating early check in availability for all guests at The Parker on both Monday and Tuesday however not all rooms may be available. If you know that you are arriving early, please inform the hotel and they will make every effort to accommodate. 


On-Site Contacts

The event planning team will be on site at all times. They will be easily recognizable and available to answer questions or assist in anyway. We also encourage you to download the Whova app for real-time and direct communication with attendees, hosts and organizers.  Once successfully registered, all attendees will receive a follow-up email from Whova with instructions for downloading the app.


Attire

Casual and comfortable will rule the days and nights – shorts, tees, sandals are all just fine throughout the full event.


Diamond Presentations

All Diamond sponsors have a speaking opportunity. Outside of the “UCaaS/CCaaS Battle” participants, each speaker will have 25 minutes total to present their ideas and take questions. All of the sessions will be reviewed with the Bridgepointe team prior to arrival in Palm Springs.

microphone will be supplied for the speaker however there will be no A/V component.  If you would like to disseminate reference materials, they may be uploaded on the Whova platform.

We ask that every speaker register on the Whova platform and input basic information about themselves. A session description may also be included there.

Supplier Fair Information

  • Expected Attendance: 170+

  • BPT Agents & Team: 7o+

  • Time: 2:00pm to 4:00pm 

  • Set up: 12:00pm to 2:00pm 

  • Supplied by BPT: 6 x 1.5 banquet table with table linen and a basic 8.5x11 sign on designated table

*Bringing signage (3ft floor roll up preferred) for display is encouraged


Deliveries (Unless booth purchased separately this is for Diamond/Gold/Silver only)

Please have all deliveries sent to the following address for arrival no earlier than Tuesday September 11th and make sure you indicate your company name on the box per below:

To avoid additional handling fees keep deliveries to 1 to 5 boxes all under 20lbs each.

We encourage you to stay within the complementary handling if possible (that’s 1 to 5 boxes all under 20 lbs each). If you plan to ship more or heavier boxes, please advise who the responsible billing party is so that the hotel can invoice you accordingly. (Contact kim.ladylibertyevents@gmail.com for rates on shipping larger boxes over 20 lbs each.)

**Please email Kim roos at kim.ladylibertyevents@gmail.com a manifest of what you will be sending along with any additional needs or requests. Include number of boxes, signage and giveaways. Please advise of any electrical needs.

Breakdown will immediately follow the completion of the Supplier Fair from 4:00pm - 4:30pm.

If you would like The Parker staff to ship your items home at the end of the event you must supply a pre-paid return shipping label!

Return Shipping

Please supply return shipping labels and billing info with your boxes or you might not get what you want back!


Giveaways

You may raffle or giveaway items but there will not be a public announcement of the winners. Prizes may be distributed at your leisure and we’ll gladly assist in getting them to the recipients.


Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

A number of suppliers have inquired about additional visibility at the Summit. We have a limited number of opportunities available at the various planned events. Please inquire directly if you are interested in exploring further. 

We can also assist with relevant ideas and resources for distributing items at your specific event.
